The things that engage and inspire me in life end up in my art.
The challenges to stay conscious, and in the moment are the same challenges on the meditation mat or in the swimming pool, or in the studio.
The frustration and joy in relationship and in the world often reflect the frustration and joy in making a piece of art.
Whatever it is I am doing, when I bring the art spirit, I learn something new, gain an insight or perspective on some other area of life.
Learning to swim is making a painting is cooking a meal is writing a blogpost is planting a garden is training my dog is being in relationship.
It really is All One ART / LIFE.
